Aharimu x Malka

Malka is an Indonesian furniture company established in 1974, offering office, home, and lifestyle furniture. From a small workshop, they have grown into a trusted partner for global brands, distributing nationwide. With a broad range spanning seating, desking, lighting, and storage, their products cater to diverse styles—from classic to contemporary—and can be customised to suit individual needs. Their main showroom is located in Jakarta. As Aharimu, the artist embraces a playful visual language—sweet, saturated tones, wobbly lines, and cake-like textures—mostly through oil painting. As Adine Halim, she channels her vision into film direction and set design. Both identities share a visual-first approach, yet differ in process: Aharimu builds whimsical worlds alone, while Adine Halim crafts immersive narratives through collaboration. Together, they reflect her dual exploration of image-making across still and moving media.
