Drawing from these foundations, the practice approaches design through material, atmosphere, and spatial sensitivity rooted in context and place. Named after the Sanskrit word ātman, meaning soul or spirit, ATMA views design as an experience defined not only by what is seen, but by the quiet sense of presence and connection a space can evoke.
