Marc Lin is a Taiwanese industrial designer and creative director with degrees from National Cheng Kung University and Parsons School of Design. After years abroad, he returned to Taiwan to promote cultural innovation. Drawing from the I Ching and Laozi, he founded brands like Gourd and Lucky Toad, believing “Change Is Chance” by reimagining traditional symbols—like the centuries-old Lucky Toad—into modern, functional objects through collaborations with local artisans.
